Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully before using the A Plus Lab service.

Only individuals that have registered for an A Plus Lab account, provide certain information and agree to the A Plus Lab Terms and Conditions are eligible to use the A Plus Lab services.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase the A Plus Lab services. Individuals under the age of 13 are not eligible for an A Plus Lab account and not permitted to provide personal information to A Plus Lab.

Your subscription to the A Plus Lab service includes enrolment into an ongoing/recurring payment plan. Payment will be charged to your chose payment method at confirmation of purchase and at the start of every new billing period, unless cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing period to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, navigate to “My Page” and go to the “Orders” section. Find the specific subscription, click on “View,” and then click on “Cancel”. Your subscription will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to change our pricing. In the event of a price change, we will notify you 30 days in advance of the change by sending an email to the email address you have provided us. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions included in that email.

If you do not cancel your subscription after the price change takes effect and prior to the start of you new subscription period, your subscription will be renewed at the price in the effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you and you authorise us to charge your payment method these amounts.

We are constantly updating our service however we may experience delays in updating information on the website. The information found on the website may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

It is possible that the A Plus Lab service may not be available for use at any given time including

• during any maintenance or update periods
• any power or server outages

A Plus Lab will take reasonable efforts to provide you with as much prior notice as possible.

You agree that A Plus Lab may, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability to you, restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the A Plus Lab service including but not limited to a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

We may amend this Terms and Conditions. Any such amendment will be effective 30 days following either through the email address you have provided us, or by place a prominent notice on our website.
